NC8407, is one of many vinatge aircraft at the EAA facility in Oshkosh, Wis. The Champaign visit is a fundraising event needed to to keep these aircraft flying to allow the history of aviation to be seen in the air. The tour stop is sponsored by local EAA Chapter 29.
This is one of only 199 produced by the Ford Co. in the 1920s and was the first successful commercial aviation aircraft.
